John Croker - APRN

John Croker APRN graduated from University of Central Florida in August 2003 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He has been working with children and adults ever since in a variety of settings in the primary care office, urgent care centers as well as home visits. John's passion for healthcare for all has led him to open Primary Care of Orange City in the hopes of providing health care to all people of all ages whether they have insurance or not. His hopes are to grow the Primary care of Orange City to be able to also provide Free Healthcare to adults and children unable to afford preventative care as well as those with insurance and the means to pay for healthcare. John also founded Home Docs a home visiting Primary Care group for those patients unable to get out of their homes and he still sees patients in their homes. Prior to being a Nurse Practitioner John was a Registered Nurse for 5 years in the Florida Hospital Deland Emergency Dept. He was raised in Orange City, Florida and has remained living in the growing town. John is married, has 3 children and a dog. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and most anything outdoors.


Alicia Hulsizer - FNP-C

Alicia Hulsizer - FNP-C

Alicia Hulsizer is a AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors Degree from Utica College, then went on to get her masters in Nursing from Suny Polytechnic Institute. As a nurse, Alicia has worked in a variety of settings, such as maternity, neonatal intensive care unit, and geriatrics. Alicia lives in Orange City with her husband, children, and two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family.


Kayla Allen - APRN

Kayla Allen - APRN

Kayla Allen is an AANP Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bacherlor's degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida and went on to complete her Master's degree at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. Prior to becoming an NP, Kayla gained over 12 years experience in healthcare as a registered nurse in one of the nation's busiest emergency departments at Lakeland Regional health. She has cared for patients across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including emergency medicine, acute care, geriatrics, and skilled nursing facilities. Kayla is commited to providing comprehensive, compassionate primary care, with a special interest in supporting older adults and patients managing mental health conditions.

Originally from Lakeland, Kayla now lives in Sanford. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and crafting.
